Criteria for eligibility
- Applicable only for retired government employees with pension ID
Proof of billing
- Copy of National Identity Card
- Pensioner's ID or verified pension salary slip within 6 months.
Terms & Conditions
- All prices are exclusive of government taxes.
- Purchasing a Mobile Phone is not Mandatory hence can purchase the SIM only.
- If a customer terminates the package prior to the end of the commitment period after purchasing a smartphone, an early termination fee will be charged. (Early Termination Fee = Monthly Installment for the selected Smartphone × Remaining months to complete the commitment period)
- At registration, customers will agree to allow Dialog to share their NIC, mobile number and bill amount with the Department of Pension monthly bill settlement purposes.
- The customer needs to sign a contract before subscribing to this package (to keep the connection active for 24 months with timely bill payments and authorising the Department of Pensions to settle the bill with Dialog).
- Visit a Dialog Customer Experience Centre to purchase a new connection.
