12. If the video on your TV is frozen/freeze, what you should do?

Dear Customer, Check the prevailing weather condition. Check if there is any obstruction on your dish antenna. please check the cable connection between the television and the decoder. please check the cable connection between the dish antenna and the decoder.  If all of the above are in satisfactory order, please seek technical assistance by contacting our Technical Support Team to realign your dish antenna.
