4. No Sound
Check if the AV cables (red, white & yellow cables) or HDMI cable from the decoder is firmly connected to the TV.
Check the volume level on the TV.
Check the volume level on the decoder.
Press the ‘Mute’ key on the TV and or decoder remote control unit.
