9. Does a customer need to have a sufficient balance to do this reservation?

If Post Paid the line should be on “C” status after the transaction is complete, and if it's over the CL then the line is subject to disconnection.

Pre Paid customer needs to have a buffer of Rs 200/- in order to avoid unsuccessful transactions due to insufficient balances.
