Doc990, Sri Lanka’s pioneering digital health solutions provider operated by Digital Health (Pvt) Ltd, a subsidiary of Dialog Axiata PLC, has announced the introduction of a cashless channeling facility in collaboration with Softlogic Life for their corporate policyholders. The facility enables eligible users to book doctor appointments digitally via Doc990, with consultation fees settled directly through their corporate insurance policy.
The solution provides an end-to-end digital experience, allowing policyholders to access healthcare services without upfront payments or manual claim submissions. Appointments can be scheduled through the Doc990 platform, with payments processed under the applicable insurance coverage.
Softlogic Life corporate policyholders are also eligible for a 35% discount on the Doc990 channeling service fee when using the facility. This offering supports more accessible and convenient healthcare through a streamlined digital process.
The cashless channeling facility is now available via the Doc990 platform.
