Check your APN setting if it's according to below

• Touch Cellular Data Options
• f Data Roaming is off, touch 'Data Roaming' to change the setting (e.g., from off to on)

• Touch Menu
• Touch Settings

• Touch Mobile networks
• Touch Access point names
• Touch the APN you require

Changing APN Settings in Android devices

Settings >> Mobile Networks >> Access Point Names >> Go to Edit Access Point Name >> Then,
Name – Dialog
APN – "dialogbb" (For Postpaid) "PPWAP" (For Prepaid)
Rest of the Fields no need to change. Save the new APN profile and select it.
