6. Can I check my PAYU status on my own?
Yes, you can check your status via the USSD Menu or the MyDialog App.
USSD FLOW:
Dial #678# à Mobile Data Plans à Pay-As-You-Use/Excess Usage Manager (Data) à Check current Status on Pay-As-You-Use.
MyDialog App Journey:
Open MyDialog App à Scroll Down to “Other Services” on the dashboard à Click on the “Pay As You Use” option à PAYU Status is indicated as below:
