2. What is the PAYU Management Facility?

With this facility, you have the option to block Pay-As-You-Use which will NOT allow you to use Data without having a Data plan activated or when your Data quota is over. This option can be manually switched on/off at your discretion. 
 
This facility is currently available for both Prepaid and Postpaid customers via the USSD menu [#678# à Mobile Data Plans à Pay-As-You-Use/Excess Usage Manager (Data)] or the MyDialog App [Open MyDialog App à Scroll Down to “Other Services” on the dashboard à Click on the “Pay As You Use” option à Disable/Enable PAYU]
