11. Is it necessary for me to have another additional Data quota or additional Data balance on my mobile to use unlimited YouTube?

Yes. 

Additional data may consume for background apps  & other processes (e.g – mostly initiate the application, notifications, etc..) 

But data used from the relevant applications offered via Fun Blaster would be completely consumed from the Fun Blaster Package. 

Since the application YouTube depends on several other background processes as well, it is recommended to have a separate data quota or a positive data balance to support the same.
