If the Wingle can be used for real time communication tools like Skype or WhatsApp, but cannot open a webpage, follow the below mentioned steps:
Use an anti-virus software to scan the PC and then use it.
Clear the browser cache.
Check and ensure the firewall software and proxy settings are not preventing the network communication.
Restart the Wingle and computer, and try again after reconnecting. If your issue still persists, please consult your network service provider.
