Incorporation of DBS

DIALOG AXIATA PLC – CORPORATE DISCLOSURE

Pursuant to Rule 8.1 of the Listing Rules, we write to inform you of the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary of Dialog Axiata PLC under the name and style Dialog Business Services (Private) Limited (DBS) for the purpose of carrying out IT enabled services.

At this point in time DBS is non-operational (dormant) in nature. Dialog Axiata will keep the CSE apprised, should the company be operationalised at any point in the future.
