13. If the customer already has Unlimited packs with Unrestricted Mode activated, will any new Unlimited pack activated by the customer also have an active Unrestricted Mode?

No. If a customer activates an Unlimited pack while already having existing Unlimited packs in restricted mode activated, the new pack will NOT automatically go into Unrestricted mode. Customers will have to activate the Unrestricted Mode for the new pack separately via a USSD
