Is there a possibility of completely not allowing to use all the applications and services mentioned in the above list from my “Data Quota for Work & Learn Plus Pack”?

No We will be putting our best effort in disallowing the customer to use their data quota in this pack for above applications and services. However, please note that It is practically impossible to identify all online games, all adult content, all video streaming platforms, all movie downloading links etc, hence cannot provide a 100% guarantee on excluding all the listed categories of applications/ services. Therefore, in the event the application/ service is not identified to be excluded from “Data Quota for Work & Learn Plus Pack”, there is a possibility that the “Data Quota for Work & Learn Plus Pack” will be consumed in that scenario. Therefore, we would request the customers to carefully consume this special data pack for work & study learn purposes.
