What is the purpose of Introducing this Plan?

Due to Covid-19 pandemic many organizations explored the possibility of conducting office work from home including having meetings via video conferencing facilities. Similarly, the Education sector (Schools, Universities, Teachers, Students, Tuition Providers) explored the possibility of conducting distance Education via video conferencing platforms and recorded video-based content. The above services required applications which consumes heavy data volumes during the working hours. Hence Dialog stepped forward in designing a special data plan for the above requirement.
