- Content subscription fees will not be captured under any of the above-mentioned plans.
- Customers can activate the above-mentioned plans with any combination of current prepaid plans or as a standalone plan.
- If the customer has activated an Entertainment plan (monthly/weekly recurrent or one-time), then they cannot activate an Unlimited Netflix 30-day or 7-day plan until the plan is deactivated or has expired. The Music plan can be activated on top of any plan.
- Unlimited plans will have the highest validity when using the given contents.
- Prepaid Multiple Recurrent Entertainment plans cannot be activated at the same time.
- Prepaid Recurrent Entertainment plans CANNOT be activated at the same time as Standard Recurrent or Unlimited Recurrent plans.
- Once the customer deactivates the Prepaid Entertainment Recurrent plans, they can then activate another Recurrent plan right after without having to wait for the deactivated plans to expire.
- Prepaid Multiple one-time Entertainment plans activations are allowed.
- Postpaid customers should have a base plan in order to activate these plans.
- The Postpaid recurrent plans cannot be activated multiple times if an Entertainment Monthly or Music Recurrent Plans is already active. Customers can activate one-time add-ons on top of it.
- Entertainment Monthly or Entertainment Weekly Plans can be activated once until their respective validity period ends and Music plan can be activated multiple times before its validity period ends
- There are no pre-requisites for one-time plans to be activated.
- The free data quota cannot be utilized for Netflix streaming via an Xbox.
- Given data quotas might not be counted due to the following reasons: Considering the below reasons, it cannot be ensured that the usage will not be added to the given data quota.
- Use of VPN, Proxy, and Tunnels which impact identifying data traffic.
- Possible changes, development, improvements in Content Providers Network (related to protocols mentioned under this package) or content streams where it will take some time to develop platform signatures.
- Moving content into a different content provider network by the application owners.
- Embed content in some other websites where the headers may change and therefore it is not possible to classify.
- Use of browsers or programmes which may modify the traffic behaviour.
- To ensure a seamless entertainment experience, customers must always have an active Anytime Data quota, in addition to their entertainment quotas, as some of the platform initiation and continuation services require protocols that are outside of the whitelisted ones in the package (due to the presence of 3rd party URLs within the applications).
