8. I cannot dial the PIN using the SMS. What is the problem?

This can happen due to one reason. The operating system of your phone is not letting you automatically dial the e-Card PIN starting from 222 as its not identifying the code as a hyperlink.

1. Dial #356#, select option 4, and activate the relevant e-Card. 

2. Copy the Dial code starting from 222 (if possible) and paste it in the dialer of your phone and dial it manually. 

3. Write down the 12digit PIN number from the SMS and add 222 in front and dial the same using dialer.

4. Use any card activation method in MyDialog App

- Use the “Activate” button given in e-Card wallet on the respective card

- Use the “Scratch Card” option and enter the PIN number mentioned in the SMS

5. Contact Dialog and request to recharge the card on behalf of you.
