2. How do I convert from prepaid to postpaid?

>  Visit your nearest Dialog or Franchise outlet

        Pay a deposit based on the selected package

        Rs.500.00 will be charged as a conversion fee

        Select the ‘Pre to Post’ option

        Select your preferred package

        Based on the selected postpaid package, please reload/top-up the deposit amount

        No conversion fee applicable.


>  The remaining balance in your prepaid account will be transferred to the new postpaid connection in the form of a payment. 

>  Convergence is not allowed for Home Zone and Ethera Methera connections.

>  Customer User Groups (CUG) will be removed after the package change.

>  Prepaid MY10 – subscribers can activate Postpaid MY10 and add numbers again.

>  Prepaid Double – the tag will be removed and users will not be able to use this service.

>  RingIN tone – subscribers will be able to continue this service. Once the prepaid advance rental period is over, standard postpaid rental will apply. 

>  IDD – customers are required to place a deposit to reconnect their IDD once they’re on postpaid. 

>  Prepaid Roaming – the service will be disconnected until the customer obtains postpaid roaming. 

>  Connections that involve a dual SIM or twin SIM cannot switch from prepaid to postpaid and vice versa. 

>  The minimum requirement to proceed with prepaid to postpaid conversion would be a 1 month network stay (note that this is applicable only for prepaid to postpaid conversions).

>  You will be charged per second/per minute (if the customer has already activated per second billing, the free minute facility will be automatically activated after the package change).

>  Standard local call deposit charges will be applicable and charged to the account (If you convert via USSD, you are required to have a sufficient balance for the opted package).
