How to troubleshoot the error code E52-32 appearing on your Dialog television TV Screen?
Please perform the following steps:
- Press the yellow button for 5 seconds on your Dialog Television remote control.
- Next, press the Ok button when you receive the Factory Reset option on your TV screen.
- Enter 0000 as the password and press OK.
- Once the reset is complete, your connection will work.
If this does not resolve the issue, you will need to perform a manual factory reset:
- In order to do a manual factory reset
- Press Menu and go to Settings.
- Select Factory Default setting and press the ‘OK’ button.
- Enter 0000 as the password and press ‘OK’.
- Once the reset is complete, your connection will work.
