How to activate roaming services?
Roaming services can be activated on your connection via
- USSD - dial #103*3# or dial #103# and select option 3
- MyDialog app – (Free while roaming)
- Visit www.dialog.lk/roaming-rates
Notes
- Roaming services are activated by default for Prepaid customers.
- Postpaid customers are allowed to use roaming services with unlimited credits until credit action is taken. (This is applicable only for selected credit categories).
- The credit limit can be enhanced by making an additional payment, calling the Roaming Hotline or via #103*5#.
