5. If I have a sudden need to use an application with a higher speed than the speed offered in the All Unlimited Data Plan, can I remove the speed restriction of the package temporarily?
Yes.
Dial #678# > Mobile Data Plans > All Unlimited Data Plans > Remove
Speed restriction (Charged)
This allows users to consume Data without any speed restriction from
other Data quotas or at standard Data charges
Once a requirement for higher speed is over, you can re-apply the speed
restriction at any given time during the validity period [E.g.: Dial #678# >
Mobile Data Plans > All Unlimited Data Plans > Apply Speed restriction]
Please note that if you have multiple All Unlimited Data plans active at
the same time, the speed restriction will be removed from all, and when
reapplied it will be reapplied to all.
Customers can contact the hotline and check the status of
the speed restriction or else they can again retry if they are unsure if it has
been applied. The self-help option for customers to check the activation status
themselves is not available yet.
