7. How do I get my Dialog Television connection relocated?

>  By sending a request letter with the signature of the original customer along with a copy of his/her ID. The letter could be submitted to any Dialog Customer Service Point or faxed to 011 2 808 718.
>  The charges involved are:
    Equipment relocation (Different locations) - Postpaid : LKR 3,250/- (Including tax) & Prepaid: LKR 3,250/- (Including tax)
  Equipment re-fixing (Same premises) - LKR 2,150/- (Including tax)
  Upon receiving your letter, fax or email at the respective division, we will respond to you within 48 Hours (excluding weekends and mercantile holidays).
Note:
- The acknowledge time for letters received via fax & post is subject to change depending on the nature of your request or inquiry.
- Postal delays will be applicable.
- The acknowledge time for letters received via fax & post is subject to change in the event verification or further information is required.
