- 7. How do I know if my connection has been disconnected?
Your connection status is displayed at the very top of the main dashboard. Here you will either find a green symbol indicating that it is active and connected, yellow indicating it is temporarily disconnected or red indicating the connection has been disconnected (either temporarily or permanently).
The red banner shown on the main dashboard indicates what type of disconnection is applicable to the account and if a payment must be made or not.
