3. How do I convert my postpaid connection to prepaid and how will I be charged?

>  Postpaid to prepaid conversions can only be done at a Dialog centre or Franchise outlet. 

>  Any outstanding payments in your postpaid connection will not be transferred to the new prepaid connection and subscribers are required to settle their outstanding payments before the conversion.

>  If Roaming (including SMSR) is activated, the conversion will happen 2 weeks from the requested date and roaming services will be deactivated on the requested date. 

>  Customers will be charged per second/per minute (if the customer has already activated bulk-free minutes after the package change, per second billing will be activated upon request).

>  Rs.500/- will be charged as a conversion fee.

>  Single User Groups will be removed after the package change.

>  MY10 – subscribers can reactivate and add numbers again

>  Supplementary – this will be unavailable and subscribers will have to add a prepaid number as Prepaid Double.
