To enjoy PVR facility customers will have to simply plug in a USB drive to your decoder & start recording. 1GB of memory can hold an average of 1 hour of SD channel recording time & 20 minutes of HD channel recording time. Please note that devices need to be formatted in FAT32 file format.
Content is stored in an encrypted format and cannot be copied or viewed on any other device.

* For Gold package customers HD start up fee won't be applicable when upgrading to HD
* For other package holders, a onetime start up fee of Rs.2990.00 [inclusive of taxes] will be charged when upgrading to HD.
