How do I deactivate this plan?
The plan cannot be deactivated and will expire once it has reached the end of its validity period. Subscribers can then choose to reactivate the plan at their discretion.
Does the plan allow me to enjoy data at a discounted price for Facebook Messenger as well?
No, the benefit of this plan is only available for Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and YouTube. Usage of Facebook Messenger will be via the customers’ data balance.
Does the plan allow me to enjoy data at a price for other social media/instant messaging apps as well?
No, the benefit in this plan is only available for Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and YouTube. However, customers can use the additional data quota of 4GB provided in the plan or our standard internet cards to access other social media/instant messaging applications.
If I have two or more prepaid Fun Blaster plans activated at the same time, when will my validity period end?
For each plan a customer activates, the validity will be separate, and each plan will expire on their individual expiry dates.
How do I check my data usage?
Data usage for this plan can be checked via the MyDialog App.
