I forgot my Genie PIN. How to reset?
- Click on the “Forget PIN” in PIN entering screen
- Enter the OTP (One Time Password) that is sent to your registered mobile number
- Enter your preferred new PIN and press next
- You will get a success message
- You can now login using your new PIN
