Apple Watch Series 3 and above global versions (Europe/Asia Pacific models) are excluding the US region models.
iPhone paired to the Watch needs to be iPhone 6s or newer with iOS 15.1 or newer.
The Watch needs to be upgraded to Watch OS 8.0 or a newer operating system
