15. Why is the Dialog CCTV service more costly, when the same CCTV package can be bought at a lower rate through external providers?

The package provided by Dialog consists of all the items required for the package with a free 2-year service warranty and island-wide installation. Lower cost solutions provided by others may not include the following services or items: 

a. Battery backup for 30 mins or more.

b. Hard disk with the capacity to record for 1-month

c. Standard length of power and coaxial cables included in the package price

d. Casing for neat wiring
