22. I can’t find the Catch-Up TV feature for certain channels? 

Please share which channel the user can’t find the Catch-Up TV feature on. If it’s any from the below list, in that case, Catch-Up TV feature is not available. For the rest of the channels, this feature is available, so users can raise a complaint via Dialog’s customer care if the feature is not available for any of the FREE channels.
