8. How do I receive the money from cash rewards?

A Dialog Customer Care Agent will contact you to inform you of the reward you have won as well as validate your account and ownership. Once this is completed, the agent will assist you in redeeming your prize via the MyDialog App, #121# USSD or IVR – 0777121121. After you redeem the cash prize successfully, Dialog will process the reward and contact you to let you know the applicable procedure to collect your prize.
