Yes, tethering is possible. No additional data charges will be incurred. However please note that:

>  The user will not get a buffer-free experience at 360p when the user connects multiple devices because the bandwidth will be shared between multiple devices

>  The product is designed to use YouTube on the Mobile application. Therefore it is not recommended to use the Chrome Browser for YouTube while tethering on a large screen
