The standard data plans allow consumers to use their data quota for any application so that the customers are not able to save their data quota for Work & Learn from Home.

However, this plan does not allow consumers to use their data quota for applications and services which are not relevant for working and Learning. Below are the list of applications and services (“Excluded Applications”) which have been identified as irrelevant for working and Learning;

> Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, Pinterest, Weibo)

> Streaming Media (Netflix, iflix, Amazon Prime, Zee5, other identifiable Movie Streaming apps/services)

> Tik Tok

> Movie Downloading (E.g.: Torrent & other identifiable movie downloading links)

> Adult content (Identifiable)

> Online Gaming (Identifiable)

> Tunnelling / VPN

Please note that we will provide our best efforts in prohibiting the customer from using the data quota in this plan for the above applications and services, however, this effort cannot be 100% guaranteed. Hence, we request the customers optimally use this special data plan for work & study purposes only.
