5. Is it possible to remove the speed cap?

Yes

> The customer can freeze and unfreeze all existing postpaid Unlimited One-Time Add-Ons via USSD/My Dialog App to momentarily give Data priority to their existing base package (Standard or Anytime Only) or other Add-on packages.

>  When the customer chooses to freeze Unlimited add-ons, all existing Unlimited add-ons will also be frozen.
