10. If the customer already has Unlimited packs with unrestricted mode activated, will any new Unlimited packs activated by the customer also be on unrestricted mode?

No. If a customer activates an Unlimited pack while already having existing Unlimited packs in restricted mode, the new pack will NOT automatically go into unrestricted mode. Customers will have to activate Unrestricted mode for the new pack separately via the USSD
