If I added the add-on to a wrong HBB number, can I get a refund?

Who can use the pre buy option? What can you activate from pre buy? Where can you use pre buy? Can I use pre buy to activate add-ons when the connection is disconnected? If I added the add-on to a wrong HBB number, can I get a refund? This depends on the situation, If the HBB account which received the data hasn’t used any of the activated data, the amount will then be refunded back to your account. However, if the data receiver has already used the add-on, a refund won’t be eligible.
