To set up DTV set-top-box integrations please follow the below instructions
(Process to be followed after the initial pairing of the device to TeDi Alexa)
Step 1 - Open TeDi Alexa on the TeDi App.
Select Add IR Device -> Select Add Set-top Box -> Select Dialog Axiata PLC (SL)
Step 2 - Select 'Manual Mode' and set the remote type that responds to your TV box by clicking on “Can control”.
The following is a guide on how to set-up your favourite channels using voice commands via Alexa.
Step 1 - Select “Smart” on the main page of the Tedi App.
Step 2 - Select add to Run, click the “+” then launch “Tap-to-Run”.
Step 3 - Select “Run device” and select the Dialog TV box that was previously selected.
Step 4 - For setting up the channel, select the channel number you want programed under “Name” and type the channel name exactly as you would refer to it: i.e. “SIRASA TV”. If you want the channel name to be shown on the App Home Page, select “Show on Home Page” and SAVE.
Repeat for all of your other favourite channels.
