If the Wingle indicates a good connectivity status (signal), but cannot connect to the network normally, follow the below mentioned steps:

1. Check with the network operator.
2. Check whether you have modified the username and password, if they have been changed, please make sure the username and password are correct. If you cannot remember them, re-confirm with the network operator.
3. Restore to factory settings (Note: restoring to factory settings will clear your address book and short messages, please backup your data before doing it).
