The 24-hour validity of the Daily Data Roaming Plans will take effect from the first instance of usage and the service will get disconnected upon reaching the allocated Data quota.
The rental fee of the Monthly Data Roaming Plan will be calculated for 30 days from the first instance of usage and the service will get disconnected upon reaching the allocated Data quota.
The Monthly Data Roaming Plan is not available for Prepaid customers.
The Roaming Chat Pack is available only for Prepaid customers.
Subscribers who stay in one destination for a period exceeding 30 days will not be eligible for the Monthly Data Roaming Plan as it violates Roaming Operator agreements. In this case, without any notification or liability to the customer, Dialog may suspend, restrict or terminate access to the Data Roaming service
The above rates are not inclusive of Government taxes.
Ensure that you have activated the Data Roaming service before you activate a Data Roaming Plan.

Customers who have not opted for Dialog’s standard Data Roaming Plan will be charged depending on the current rate per MB ( Pay As You GO) applicable to the visiting country.
For customers who have not opted for Dialog’s standard Data Roaming Plans, we are happy to offer you UNLIMITED Data roaming for a max. cost of USD 12 per day (00:00:00 Hrs to 23.59:59 Hrs Sri Lankan time) or you will be charged depending on the per MB rate applicable to the visited country.
*We wish to inform you that Data Roaming services have been temporarily suspended in Myanmar by its authorities. We will keep you informed as and when the roaming services get fully restored. We regret any inconvenience caused.
