Dialog Axiata PLC, Sri Lanka’s #1 connectivity provider, announced the arrival of the iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max and iPhone Duo in Sri Lanka through its partnership with Apple. The devices support 5G and eSIM capabilities, enabling customers to experience the latest iPhone lineup on Dialog 5G Ultra, Sri Lanka’s largest and fastest-growing 5G network, powered by over 1,000 5G sites across all 25 districts. The launch of the iPhone Duo in Sri Lanka took place in parallel with its global launch, giving Dialog customers access to Apple’s latest iPhone innovation earlier than the typical 5–6-week interval between global and Sri Lankan launches.
The iPhone 18 Pro features a 6.3-inch display, while the iPhone 18 Pro Max features a 6.9-inch display. Both devices are available with storage options ranging from 256GB to 2TB. The iPhone Duo features Apple’s largest iPhone display and is available with storage options ranging from 256GB to 2TB.
The iPhone Duo is Apple’s first foldable, book-shaped iPhone and features Apple’s largest iPhone display. It includes a matte inner display, side Touch ID, Apple Pencil support and multi-app multitasking, and is available with storage options ranging from 256GB to 2TB. The devices are available in Deep Black, Silver, Glacier and Burgundy.
Customers who pre-ordered the iPhone 18 Pro Series or iPhone Duo through Dialog and purchased and activated their devices within three days of the launch on 23 October 2026 received a range of launch benefits, including AirPods 5 with the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max, an Apple 20W Charging Adapter, 2TB of Dialog data for four months, a dining voucher for two with eligible credit card payments, a one-year standard warranty with an additional one-year extended warranty, and two front screen and back glass replacements within two years. Customers trading in an existing smartphone when purchasing an iPhone 18 Pro Series or iPhone Duo device also receive an additional discount of Rs. 24,000.
