If you are seeing the error message "Please check your internet connection" on your Dialog TV ViU Mini screen, please follow the steps below:

  • Step 1

    Go to the settings on your TV and click on the Apps section.

  • Step 2

    Open the Google Play Store.

  • Step 3

    Search for the Dialog Television App.

  • Step 4

    Update the App. Once updated, the app will be installed on your TV.

  • Step 5

    Open the App and enjoy an enhanced viewing experience.
