Change of Address

  • If you hold shares in Certificate form

    Please use the form below and forward it together with a copy of your NIC/Passport.

  • If your shares are deposited in your CDS Account

    As we do not have access to make any changes to your personal details, please contact your Stockbroker or write directly to Central Depository System (Private) Limited (CDS) notifying of your change of address.

Correction of Share Certificate

  • If you need to correct your name or NIC number on the share certificate(s), please use the form below and forward it together with the original share certificate(s) and a copy of your NIC or passport.

  • If you need to change your name on the share certificate(s), due to a change in your marital status, please use the form below and forward it together with a copy of your NIC or passport and the below mentioned supporting document(s) (as applicable).

    1. If your change of name is due to marriage, please send us a certified copy of your marriage certificate.

    2. If your change of name is due to divorce, please send us a copy of your decree absolute and a copy of your birth certificate.

Request for a Duplicate Share Certificate

A duplicate share certificate can be issued in place of a missing/lost/defaced share certificate can be replaced by completing the Form of Indemnity below and forward it together with a copy of your NIC or passport and the cost of publication of the notice in the newspaper which would have to be borne by the shareholder (please contact us on 0773908929 to inquire about the publication costs).

You will be informed once the duplicate certificate is ready for collection or you may give instructions to forward it by post to your postal address.

Dividend Mandate

By registering your bank details with us, the Company would be able to forward your dividend payments in future directly to your assigned bank account without sending it to you by cheque. It is quicker, easier and safer. If you have already registered your dividend mandate with us (or the CDS), please verify the details and notify us of any changes by using the same form.

    As we do not have access to make any changes to your personal details, please contact your Stockbroker or write directly to Central Depository System (Private) Limited (CDS) to register your dividend mandate by giving your bank details (Name of Bank, Branch, Address, A/C Number and Type of A/C).

Re-issuance of lost or misplaced dividend cheques

Amendments to dividend cheques
