  • Go to the roaming menu in the mobile app.
  • Choose the roaming AutoPay option.
  • Register or select a payment card.
  • Review and accept the Terms & Conditions.
  • Provide consent to activate AutoPay.
  • Receive confirmation that AutoPay is active.

If a Dialog roaming customer has an insufficient balance to activate a chosen package, they can utilise the Temporary Credit Limit Enhancement facility using the following channels

In-Flight Data Roaming

Data Roaming access has been provided on the most popular airlines such as Emirates, Etihad Airways, Singapore Airlines , Asiana Airlines, Malaysia Airlines, Biman Bangladesh Airlines, Kuwait Airways, Turkish Airlines, and many more.

How to Activate

For subscribers who have activated Data Roaming:

If you have already activated a Data Roaming Daily Plan (USD 1, 3 or 5), Weekly Plan (USD 10), 14 Day Plan (USD 20) or Monthly Plan (USD 5 or USD 50), this means you are eligible to use Data Roaming on your flight based on service availability.

For subscribers who haven't activated a Data Roaming Plan:

Data Roaming services will not be activated by default while on your flight until you opt for a Data Roaming Plan. If you wish to use in-flight internet access, you may activate a Data Roaming Plan using the MyDialog App, by dialing #103# or visiting https://www.dialog.lk/mobile/roaming-package-details
