What happens if I access the above applications and services not required for Working & Learning?

If you have another data plan activated, it will be consumed from that data plan. Else it will be charged at Rs 0.3 per MB. Therefore, this plan does not block you from accessing the mentioned applications. Dialog will put the best effort to identify the said applications and services and prevent the “Data Quota for 4G Work & Learn Plan” from being utilized for the same.
