If I am a prepaid customer who does not have any other data plan with zero balance in my prepaid account, will the excluded applications & services then be completely blocked?

Yes, in most cases the customer will not be able to access the excluded applications. However, there is a possibility that an application such as an online game or adult content site, etc. was not identified to be excluded from the “Data Quota for 4G Work & Learn Plan” and in that scenario, the “Data Quota for 4G Work & Learn Plan” would be consumed for that application

In the event the customer requires to completely block from the excluded applications and services, he/she can directly reload the required package value only on a zero balance prepaid connection that doesn’t have any other data plan active. However, we cannot guarantee that the excluded applications and services will be 100% blocked.
