If I am a prepaid customer who does not have any other data plan with zero balance in my prepaid account, can I consider it as the excluded applications & services being completely blocked?

The customer will not be able to access the excluded applications. However, there is a possibility that an application such as an online game or adult content site etc is not identified to be excluded from the “Data Quota for Work & Learn Plus Pack” and in that scenario the “Data Quota for Work & Learn Plus Pack” would be consumed for that application. In the event the customer requires to completely get blocked from the excluded applications and services, he/she can directly activate the required package value only on a zero balance prepaid connection which doesn’t have any other data plan active. However, we are not guaranteeing that the excluded applications and services are 100% blocked.
