Plug in the ViU mini

Connect the power adapter the ViU Mini device and then plug in the ViU Mini device to the HDMI port of your TV

Pair the device

Press and hold down the ‘Back’ and ‘OK’ buttons at the same time until the red light flashes rapidly. Release once you receive the pairing confirmation message on the TV screen.

Connect to the internet

Connect the ViU Mini to the Wi-Fi network - select desired Wi-Fi network, enter password when prompted and complete the Wi-Fi pairing.

Complete the basic settings and enjoy

Complete the basic settings as prompted and start exploring your favorite content.

What is the difference between the ViU Hub decoder and ViU Mini?

The ViU Hub decoder is a hybrid decoder that connects via both satellite and Wi-Fi for OTT services.
The ViU Mini is a pure OTT device with Wi-Fi and has many more features including LIVE TV and Android TV features.

What is android TV?

Android TV is Google’s TV platform that powers smart TVs, streaming devices, and cable operators’ set-top boxes.

Is Rewind and Catch up TV available?

Yes. 65 (Dialog TV) Channels are available with Rewind up to 2 hours & Catch-Up up to 72 hours

Am I charged for Data?

LIVE TV and all Dialog VIU Video content will be FREE of Data charges* on the Dialog network up to 720p video quality.

Data charges will be applicable for other services and apps.

Data charges will be applicable on Non-Dialog networks.

*An Active data package is required

Is Netflix available?

No, Netflix will not be available to begin with, but we are working hard to bring Netflix to the ViU Mini
