Dialog e-Load Super Blast – Terms and Conditions (T&C)
These terms and conditions govern the Dialog e-Load Super Blast as detailed below, offered by Dialog Axiata PLC (‘Dialog’). By clicking below, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
1. Definitions
‘Customer’ | Refers to an individual or organization whose application to subscribe to a Dialog Connection (as defined below) has been accepted. An individual Customer shall be 18 years or older. |
‘Dialog Connection’ ‘Digital Channels’ |
Dialog Mobile, Home Broadband, and Dialog Television Connections. MyDialog App, Dialog.lk, WOW Superapp, any digital Banking app or Web, any other digital App or web that allows Dialog prepaid recharge. |
‘Grand Prize’ | A Toyota Raize SUV or such other prize which Dialog may determine at its discretion. |
‘Traditional Channels’ | All methods of reload, recharge, top-up except through Digital Channels. |
2. Duration
The terms and conditions herein shall be applicable and remain valid until and unless terminated by Dialog.
3. Eligibility
3.1. The Dialog e-Load Super Blast program is open to:
- Prepaid Customers who reload their Dialog Mobile, Home Broadband, or Television pre-paid connections via online or digital channels.
3.2. The following customers are not eligible:
- Postpaid Dialog Mobile, Home Broadband, and Dialog Television customers.
- Prepaid and Postpaid Corporate or organizational accounts are excluded.
- Customers who use Traditional Channels to recharge/top-up/reload.
4. How to Participate
4.1. Customers must reload a minimum of Rs.100 via a Digital Platform or via Dialog website on Dialog Mobile, Home Broadband, or Dialog Television connection.
4.2. For every Rs.100 reloaded, a Customer would receive:
- One (1) Scratch Card: Customer may access the scratch card inside the Dialog e-Load Super Blast mini app on the MyDialog App, Dialog.lk or WOW Superapp.
- One (1) Entry into the Grand Prize draw.
5. Validity of Scratch Cards
Scratch Cards are valid for a maximum of 14 days from the date of issuance.
6. Prize Redemption
6.1. All Instant Rewards (Free Data, Free Reload, Star Points) will be directly credited to the customer's Dialog account.
6.2. Daily rewards which may include Smart Phones and Gold coins will be handed over to the holder of the NIC under which the Dialog Connection is registered under.
6.3. The Grand Prize will be handed over to the holder of the NIC under which the Dialog Connection is registered under.
6.4. Winners will be contacted via Dialog Hotline 1777 with details on prize collection date, time and location.
6.5. If the winner cannot be contacted after three (03) attempts, the prize will be treated as forfeited and shall be returned to the prize pool. This condition applies to both daily and grand prize.
6.6. If the winner fails to collect the prize within the specified time period, the prize will be deemed forfeited and shall be returned to the prize pool. This condition applies to both daily and Grand Prizes.
6.7. No charges will be charged by Dialog for prize redemption. If customers receive any requests for payments to claim prizes, they are advised to contact Dialog Hotline 1777 immediately.
7. Physical prizes Claim Process
7.1. Winners must present valid identification (NIC) matching the registered details of the winning Dialog Connection number to claim all daily rewards or Grand Prizes.
7.2. Failure to provide the required documents may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.
8. Access to Dialog e-Load Super Blast
The Dialog e-Load Super Blast program scratch cards and details can be accessed through:
- MyDialog App
- Dialog.lk website
- WOW Superapp
9. General Terms
Dialog reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Dialog e-Load Super Blast program, or amend these T&C at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
10. Fraud and Abuse
Any attempt to manipulate, defraud, or abuse the Dialog e-Load Super Blast program will result in disqualification, forfeiture of prizes, and legal action.

12. Indemnity
Customer shall indemnify and hold harmless Dialog and its officers, agents, representatives and employees against any and all claims, demands, actions or allegations and shall pay any and all damages or costs incurred/awarded against Dialog arising from a breach of these terms and conditions by the Customer or any other third party authorized by the Customer.
