Share Credit
Product Introduction
Share Credit is a service that allows users to transfer credit from one Dialog mobile connection to another Dialog mobile connection.
How to Share Credit
In order to utilise the Share Credit Service, users are required to activate the service and register themselves on the system. Once registered, he/she will receive a PIN to perform share credit transactions.
Share credit services can be used via the following self-help mechanisms:

Activation

Notes
Eligibility criteria

Prepaid & Postpaid connections are required to be with the network for at least 180 days in order to activate this service.
Credit transfer conditions

Prepaid connections cannot transfer credit to Postpaid connections.

Postpaid connections can transfer credit to Prepaid connections.
Value limits

The maximum amount per month is Rs. 10,000.00 and the minimum amount per month is Rs. 5.00 for both Prepaid and Postpaid connections.

Maximum transferrable amount per day is Rs. 1,000.00.

Maximum number of transactions allowed per day is 3 transactions.
Restrictions

Corporate customers cannot activate the Share Credit Service.

This service cannot be used while roaming.

The service is not available for data only connections.

The sender’s and receiver's connection status should be connected to use the service.

The user’s current balance should be more than the transfer amount for Prepaid connections.

This service cannot be used when the credit limit has been exceeded for Postpaid connections.

Customers with temporary credit limits will not be able to use the service.

When transferring special reload values through the Share Credit Service, these values will automatically convert into corresponding special reload packs. For example, if you transfer a Rs. 59 data reload, it will be activated as an internet card.
Frequently asked questions
- Simply visit a Dialog outlet and request for a copy
- For Postpaid customers, your transaction history will appear on your monthly bill copy if your detailed bill option has been activated
