From your Dialog Mobile
- Activate : Type ON <Your Dialog Television account number> <Channel no> and send to 679
- Deactivate : Type OFF <Your Dialog Television account number> <Channel no> and send to 679
From Other Mobile Networks
- Activate : Type ON <Your Dialog Television account number> <Channel no> and send to 077 0 679 679
- Deactivate : Type OFF <Your Dialog Television account number> <Channel no> and send to 077 0 679 679

General Conditions
- Any channel activation/deactivation done via our Call Centre or Experience centre will be subjected to an Agent assisted service charge of Rs. 20 +tax in addition to the standard channel rental, effective from 10/10/2022. We encourage you to activate/deactivate channels via SMS, Missed Call or the MyDialog App to avoid incurring additional charges.
- You will receive a notification on your Television upon activation.
- Auto renewal applicable for individual channel activations. To deactivate please refer instructions above.
- This rental will be in addition to your base package.
- Individual channel rentals are subject to change without prior notice
- Rental excludes Taxes.
Conditions – Postpaid
- Bouquet rental for HBO, HBO Hits, HBO Signature and HBO Family – Rs. Rs 499+Tax* (per month)
- Individual channel rental will be on a per month basis in addition to your daily base package rental.
Conditions – Prepaid
- Bouquet rental for HBO, HBO Hits, HBO Signature and HBO Family – Rs. Rs. 31+Tax* (per day)
- The individual channel rental will be on a per day basis in addition to your daily base package rental.
- If you have activated a secure PIN, type your PIN after the Channel Number prior to sending the SMS.
Note:Your Set Top Box (STB) will need to be switched on when you are making the activation request
