5. Insert Smartcard
Check if the Smartcard (SIM card) has been removed or pulled out.
If removed or pulled out, insert the Smartcard (SIM card)
If the card is still in place, pull the card out, wipe it with a clean cloth and re-insert it with the SIM card facing down.
